We understand that sometimes you make a payment that you do not intend and want to offer the best assistance that we can. If you would like to cancel the payment within 24 hours of initiating the payment you can reach out to contact@homeward.co and we will cancel the payment on your behalf.

Both you and your landlord will receive confirmation that the payment has been cancelled. If the payment has been initiated more than 24 hours before you reach out we cannot prevent the payment from processing.
