We have grouped payments into four categories to help provide landlords and tenants a snapshot of their current payments on Homeward.
Overdue Payments: Overdue payments are any payment that is unpaid past the predetermined due date. If a payment is partially paid and it has passed the payment's due date, the remaining portion of the payment will be considered overdue.
Processing Payments: Processing payments are payments that have been sent from the tenant to the landlord. ACH payments take up to 5 business days to move from the tenant’s bank account to the landlord’s bank account. During this period the payment is in the status of processing.
Paid Payments: Paid payments are any payment that has processed and been officially transferred to the landlord's bank account. You can find a history of all completed payments in your Homeward app.
Upcoming: Upcoming payments are any payments that have not yet been paid and have a due date in the future.
