You can view if your tenants have signed up by going to the “Tenants” tab on your home screen.

Here you can see all of your tenants invited to the app and the stage of sign up they are in.

You can filter by selecting the status of the landlords you would like to view.

Each of the four status’ definitions are outlined below:

  1. Invited - the tenant has not accepted his or her invite to use the Homeward app

  2. Active - the tenant has accepted their invite to the Homeward app but they have not linked a payment method

  3. Linked - the tenant has linked a bank account

  4. Autopay - the tenant has linked a bank account and set up autopay for their property
